When an alarm activation is received by our Customer Care Centre operators they will know who you are, your address and have all of your information in front of them. Our operators are highly trained so they know exactly what to do in an emergency situation. Additionally, having the ability to be able to communicate with you through the alarm console is just as important! This will allow open-ended communication between yourself and the Customer Care Centre until help arrives. If you are unable to speak with us, we will immediately call an Ambulance.

Getting Help on the Way

Our Customer Care Centre operators will assess each alarm activation that is received. Sometimes the situation may arise where a family member or friend (emergency contact) only is to be notified and other times an Ambulance may be required.
